This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and UAB Playing Elephant (“Licensor”) and covers the Gambler Games application (the “Application”).
UAB „Playing Elephant“By installing or using the Application you accept this EULA. Your use of the online games and services inside the Application is also governed by the Terms of Service.
The Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Application on devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not, except where the law expressly allows it:
The Application is licensed, not sold. The Licensor and its licensors keep all rights, title and interest in it. Third-party open-source components are provided under their own licences.
The Application may update itself to fix errors and add features. Most features need an internet connection; your carrier's data charges may apply.
The Application is free. Paid features are bought on the website gamblergames.com; they are described on the Pricing page and governed by the Terms of Service.
This EULA applies until it is terminated. It ends automatically if you break it. You can end it at any time by deleting the Application. When it ends you must stop using and delete the Application.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor gives no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
This EULA is governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania unless the law requires otherwise.
