These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website gamblergames.com, its subdomains and the Gambler Games applications for mobile devices and computers (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by UAB Playing Elephant (“we”, “us”, “the Operator”):

Gambler Games is an online club of skill games: bridge, preferans, chess, checkers, backgammon, durak, belote and others. You can play with other people, with robots, join tournaments and chat with other players.
The Service is not gambling. Games are played for points, ratings and the in-game currency (fants) only. There are no real-money stakes and no prizes in money. Virtual currency and virtual items cannot be exchanged for money, transferred outside the Service or withdrawn.
Playing is free. Some optional features are paid; they are described on the Pricing page.

If you break these rules we may warn you, restrict chat, reset ratings or results, remove virtual currency obtained dishonestly, or suspend or close your account. Where possible we explain the reason. You can contest a decision by writing to support.
We comply with the sanctions of the European Union, the United Nations, the Republic of Lithuania and the United States (OFAC). The Service is not available to users located in the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus. We do not accept payments from persons subject to sanctions or located in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine or other territories subject to comprehensive sanctions. We may refuse or cancel such a payment and refund it.
If you are a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content and services that start immediately, you agree, when you buy, that delivery begins at once and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the content is delivered. Unused subscriptions may still be withdrawn within 14 days; we refund the amount for the unused part.
If a paid feature does not work because of our fault, write to us and we will fix it, extend it or refund it. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
You remain the owner of messages and other content you post. You give us a free, worldwide licence to store, display and distribute it within the Service as needed to run it. Game records (moves, deals, results) are part of the Service and may be shown to other players and used for statistics, analysis and teaching.
The software, design, texts, graphics and trademarks of the Service belong to the Operator or its licensors. You may use them only to play within the Service. The applications are licensed under the EULA.
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove games and features. We will tell you in advance about changes that remove a paid feature you have already bought and offer a fair replacement or refund.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost results, ratings or virtual currency caused by connection problems, your devices or actions of other players. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent and gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile or by writing to support. We may close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, or for an account inactive for more than three years after notice by e-mail. Unused virtual currency is not refundable when an account is closed for a breach.

We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify you in the Service at least 14 days in advance. If you continue to use the Service after that, the new Terms apply.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania unless the law requires otherwise. Consumers in the EU may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt).
If translations of these Terms differ, the English version prevails.
